Planning group activities

The bigger your group, the more important is the good planning and organization of the event.

We often see groups arriving with an idea to pass an intensive day of learning, playing and exploring at our center, but when they arrive they do not really know how to get the most out of the place. The leaders might have thought out two games as starters, but these only last a while, and furthermore the group may be too numerous for such types of games.

Flor de Pochote has gained experience in attending groups of any size and to arrange activities according to the composition of the group, the age and interests of the participants and the time available.

In this section we present some ideas about how to arrange a day at Flor de Pochote. Groups are always welcome to contact us to get ideas, assitance about activities and plans.

  2. Together with Flor de Pochote the specific objective and program are defined.
  3. Flor de Pochote provides staff to receive the group, arrange the initial activity and lead the participants to the Moctezuma hut.
  4. The group organizes the seminar on its own. We provide the nessecary equipment
  5. Lunch in the restaurant
  6. Flor de Pochote offers two guided walks around the farm. A shorter route (red or blue track), and a longer (yellow track), and make sure the participants are back at the seminar hut in time for the next session.
